In Cortina d'Ampezzo, in Andrea Ghedina's small and charming pastry shop, first the sense of smell and then the sight are immediately conquered by the irresistible scent and the great variety of freshly baked biscuits, pastries and homemade cakes.
Pasticceria Ghedina has been one of the main reference points in Cadore for thirty years now, and is considered a corner of goodness for the eyes and the palate!
The strength of Pasticceria Ghedina lies in the use of carefully selected raw materials, always favoring seasonal fruit and avoiding preservatives and artificial colourings, always rigorously fresh and top quality.
Andrea, with the invaluable help of his sister Emanuela, has been preparing traditional desserts since 1985 and inventing delicious combinations of creams and fruits and fragrant or soft pastries.
